Why it evolved

The opening of a new ecological niche in the open ocean, a zone largely unoccupied by sophisticated life, pressures the Symbiotic Resonator to adapt as a pioneer. To exploit this new food source, it has increased significantly in size and shifted its diet to carnivory, preying on smaller pelagic organisms. The enhanced psionic amplification becomes a tool for hunting and defense in the vast, featureless open water, a key condition of JoJoLands where such abilities are crucial. This divergence comes at the cost of its symbiotic relationship and specialized shallow-water adaptations, making it less efficient in its ancestral habitat but dominant in the new pelagic zone.
